MsCM Course in UAE through PUP-OU is being managed by the respected and accomplished mentor in Project Management – Professor ROQUE SENGA, having more than 25 years experience in managing various complex projects in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects in the Middle East.
Prof. ROQUE is a registered professional in UK, namely IntPE (International Professional Engineer); Chartered Engineer and a European Engineer in the European Federation of the National Engineering Associations (FEANI), apart from his numerous achieved professional credentials and his candidacy for a PhD in France.
As one of the few current participants on this course and a mover or supporter for the professional upliftment of the Filipino Architects in UAE, allow me to share with you some of the stages or modules that we are currently involved in at the MSCM Course:
A. CM604 CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTIVITY ANALYSIS
Having been into our 3rd Friday on this module – gives proper information and knowledge as to Theory of Estimating; Estimating Principles; Estimating Procedure and Tendering/Bidding Stages

B. CM607 PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
On our first Friday for this module -aims to impart the Purpose of Material Management; Key Milestone Materials Management; Strategies in Material Management; Information for Material Planning and Project Materials Management Planning.

The MSCM COURSE, DUBAI Class is still open to all Architects and Engineers who are interested to pursue a higher level of learning – for their personal and professional advancement.
This course is relevant and of great importance to those Architects and Engineers who have already partially or wholly involved in managing the construction of projects. For the neophyte or office based professionals, this is a good avenue to get a better understanding on the industry and good preparation for a future task or challenge. As to those who had been exposed to this sector for a certain period of time already, this is a good way of sharing your thoughts, experiences and make professional advises for the betterment of the practice.
The class is every Fridays (Module 1, 9am to 1pm; Module 2, 3pm to 7pm) at the 2nd Floor, Building Block B, Business Village, near the Clock Tower, Dubai, UAE.
FREE SIT-INS are allowed for 2 SESSIONS (Friday Class) for those who would like to see and feel first hand the new atmosphere of learning with our fellow Filipino professionals or colleagues in the construction industry. Tuition payment can be discussed properly prior to enrollment.
